Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice/screenshot) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or sale items
- Used or washed products
- Change of mind after delivery (unless approved)
4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be sent via Mobile Banking/Bank Transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake).
